Suzanne... So it's Friday morning and I'm sitting here thinking about the workouts I experienced this week and I had to take a minute to really thank you for challenging and reminding us of what are bodies can do when when pushed. I have just finished my first 6 months of bootcamp and I can't believe how my body and endurance have changed and grown over the months. I remember not even being able to complete a 100 yard sprint without gasping for air on day one and now we just completed a week of workouts that consisted of 4 days of hills (Melissa and I did the lake shore drive light pole run on Sunday) and to be honest, for as tired as I was, I knew that I was capable of getting through each workout, because I had 6 solid months of your workouts to draw from.

I love bootcamp and am completely addicted. It is so much fun to watch how my body continues to change as time goes on. I'll start to think I'm getting in shape and then all of a sudden, I'm reminded of how much further I need to go because you always put that extra flare into our workouts and keep them changing! But seriously, I could not have done any of this if it wasn't for you believing and pushing me beyond what I thought my body was still capable of doing at 33! I love your enthusiasm and positive attitude towards making us better - I think it naturally has the same positive affect on my work and personal life and for that, I thank you!!

I didn't forget about you, Greg, Chris and Patrick! Thank you for excellent coaching as well - I absolutely HATE distance running and I know I can count on Chris to better me there. I absolutely HATE those burpees, jump ups and pull ups, but I know I can count on Greg to better me there as well. And Patrick... I can always count on you for those sloooow counts on our push ups and ab exercises!

I will end my mushy sentiments with a final "thank you" for all that you do - it is truly appreciated!
