Patrick graduated from Washington College in 2002 with a degree in clinical psychology. He was active in Men's Varsity Lacrosse playing in 3 national championship tournaments winning the national championship in 1998.
Patrick is a 2001 graduate of the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School graduating number 33 out of 500 graduating candidates. He has trained with some of the finest men and women that the United States Marine Corps has to offer, as well as working with a head physical fitness instructor from the British Royal Marines. Patrick has been a trainer with Bulldog Bootcamp since June of '07. Patrick trains with the belief that there is no obstacle a person cannot conquer. "If you set your mind to it your body will follow." I believe in being tough but fair, always giving 100%, and the only way to achieve a goal is through hard work. The reason that I do this: to encourage people to train harder then they ever thought they could and to show people what it means to have a hard but fun workout

Suzanne is very excited to be more actively involved in the decision making processes and aiding in the rapid growth as Bulldog Boot Camp Co. evolves from a solid program to a great one.
When Suzanne isn’t “barking” orders to both new and old campers or personal training clients, you will find her working out at the gym, running along the lake front or simply at home in Lakeview hanging with two very important males in her life…..her two 7lb Chihuahuas TJ & Hunter
Chris Layton was a Bulldog client for several years before becoming a trainer in April 2005, leading the 5 AM and 6 AM Lincoln Park workouts. Being a boot camp trainer fits with the experience Chris has as
Masters swim coach and aerobics instructor, all of which have involved creating fun and challenging workouts for others. Chris loves the year-round variety the Lincoln Park setting offers and the chance to show people how much fun working out outside can be, regardless of the weather.
Chris is a swimmer by nature and loves the cross-training benefits that boot camp workouts provide as he prepares for a marathon-distance swim along the Chicago shoreline in summer 2006. Chris swam in his first swim meet at the age of six and swam competitively through college. He currently coaches and swims with the Chicago Smelts masters swim team.
